Placement Studio support

Install, preview, and troubleshoot publisher proposals.

Preview a proposal

  1. Install Placement Studio from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Open the publisher website shared by Vertex Media.
  3. Select the Placement Studio icon in Chrome.
  4. Select Preview proposal.

Publisher clients do not need to sign in. The Google sign-in button is only for authorized Vertex Media administrators.

Clients can follow the visual four-step installation guide. Reviewers can use the stable publisher demonstration page.

If no preview appears

  • Confirm that you are on the exact page shared in the proposal.
  • Reload the website after installing or updating the extension.
  • Open the extension again and select the preview button.
  • Chrome internal pages, the Chrome Web Store, and cross-origin iframe content cannot be modified by extensions.

Feedback and privacy

Feedback is optional and private to authorized Vertex Media administrators. It can be removed immediately after submission. Read the complete privacy policy.
